I caught the ferry from circular quay and went out to Taronga Zoo. It's only a 15 minute or so ferry ride so not far to travel out of Sydney at all.

| When you arrive you can get a monorail or a bus up to the top entrance and work your way down through all the sections to the bottom where you catch the ferry back to the city. |
While there I took lots of great pictures of the animals.

Because it's not that far away from the city and on a hill as well, you get great views!
On the return ferry ride I got some good shots of the Sydney Opera House
